As per the published service standards of UK Visas and Immigration, in 2017, all the non-settlement applications are processed within 15 working days; whereas, all settlement applications are being processed within 60 working days from the date of submission of the visa application at the visa application centre.
UK Visa Priority Service Processing Time 2017
If the applicant has purchased the Priority Service then the aim of UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) is to process the visa application within 5 working days for Priority non-settlement applications, and 15 working days for Priority settlement applications from the date of submission of application at the visa application centre.

If an applicant has applied for the Priority service from Pakistan, then processing of a non-settlement application may take up to 9 days to be returned to the applicant, accounting for transit times to and from the Visa Application Center.
