    Graduate Trainee

    Graduate Trainee Visa UK has replaced the Intra-Company Graduate Trainee route. This route is for workers on a graduate training course which leads to a senior management or specialist position and who are required to undertake a work placement in the UK.     UK Expansion Worker

    In terms of Statement of Changes in Immigration Rules HC 1118 dated 15 March 2022, Home Office has introduced High Potential Individual visa. The High Potential Individual Visa UK is for those Russian who have graduated from the top-50 Universities across the world and wish to come to the UK to undertake full-time employment or self-employment work or seek employment opportunities. The New High Potential Individual visa fees in Russia are $898.

    Russian citizens will be able to apply for Scale-up Visa UK from Aug 22, 2022. The New Scale-up Visa UK Fee in Russia is $898.

    The Scale-up visa is those Russian citizens who have a sponsored job offer from an authorised UK scale-up company to qualify for a ‘fast-track visa’. To register for this route, a company will need to demonstrate they have an annualised growth of at least 20% for the previous 3-year period in terms of turnover or staffing and have a minimum of 10 employees at the start of the 3-year period.

    The job offer must be skilled at RQF Level 6 or equivalent (graduate level) – higher than the current threshold for Skilled Worker applications which is set at RQF Level 3.
