The charges for UK super-priority visa service are £956 for processing a non-settlement application within 24-hours.
UK Visa Fees Refund
Is it possible to get a UK Visa Fees refund?
Yes, an applicant can solicit for an application fee refund up to 8 weeks from the date of the application. Perhaps, only if the applicant has not gone through the biometrics at the UKVAC.
For instance, an applicant completes the online application form. And pays the fee on Aug 28, 2020, with an appointment on Sept 2, 2020, at UKVAC. However, if the applicant subsequently cancels the application without taking biometrics on Aug 30, 2020, then can claim the refund up to 8 weeks from Aug 28, 2020.
Can an applicant get a fee refund after biometrics?
No, an applicant can not get a refund, if the applicant cancels the application after biometrics.
For instance, if an applicant attends the appointment on Sept 2, 2020, and takes the biometrics at UKVAC. However, subsequently decides to cancel the application then the applicant will not be eligible for a refund.
Is there a fee refund in case of a refusal decision?
No, UKVI will not refund the application fee in case of a refusal decision. Perhaps, the charges are for the consideration of an application. And certainly not for making a favourable decision.

Do non-visa nationals require a visa to visit the UK?
No, for visiting the UK up-to 6 months, non-visa nationals don’t require a visitor or transit visa. However, in terms of Paragraph V 1.3 of Appendix V Immigration Rules for visitors, a non-visa national may only need to apply for the UK visit visa, if he/she is:
- visiting the UK to marry or to form a civil partnership, or to give notice of intention, or
- seeking to visit the UK for more than 6 months. For instance, as visiting academics or for private medical treatment.
