UKVI assessed 2,064 (17.28% of the total 11,944) other non-settlement visa applications as non-straightforward. The UKVI decided 81.80% straightforward Other non-settlement visa applications within 15-working days. Therefore, in 2021Q3, 3,865 (32.36% of the total 11,944) Other non-settlement visa applicants experienced delays in UK visa processing time.

    In 2021Q3 (July-Sept) 3,964 applicants applied for priority Other non-settlement visa. UKVI assessed 461 (11.63% of the total 3,964) priority Other non-settlement visa applications as non-straightforward. UKVI decided 93.40% straightforward priority Other non-settlement visa applications within 5-working days. During 2021Q3 UKVI assessed 7 (35% of the total 20) priority Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa applications as non-straightforward.
